D&T (Dilate & Treat) is a Local Drug Delivery PTA balloon catheter designed to dilate and treat infrapopliteal arteries with local delivery of anti-restenotic drug. It is the result of several years of research in collaboration with key opinion leaders.  

The D&T minimizes intervention time and leaves no permanent implant while applying antiproliferative drug to avoid restenosis.

There is no need for predilation, no risk of loss of agent and the content of drug applied to the vessel wall is fully controlled.  

The drug is uniformly applied to all sections of the vessel wall, independent of its anatomy.  It is easy and time-saving to handle long and/or multiple lesions.
